The slant bed cnc lathe HTC500T primarily uses HT300 castings, with the material undergoing secondary tempering and aging treatment as well as natural aging treatment to eliminate internal stresses. It exhibits high rigidity and maintains long-term precision stability.
The overall bed adopts a 30-degree inclined structure, with the tilted X-axis slide plate significantly reducing backlash in the lead screw, enabling better control of workpiece diameter dimensions. Simultaneously, chips and cutting fluid are more easily discharged, reducing heat accumulation in the bed and spindle box, minimizing thermal deformation, and ensuring excellent thermal stability.
The spindle box features a box-type cast structure with densely arranged rib plates inside, providing high structural rigidity and resistance to vibration and torsion.
The X-axis slide and saddle are thickened, with an increased span. The original design accounts for the heavy-load requirements of the Y-axis power turret, resulting in superior rigidity and long-term precision stability.

Standard large-scale roller linear guides are equipped across all models, featuring heavy-duty sliders with strong load-bearing capacity and excellent shock resistance. v Both the X and Z axes adopt high-torque AC servo motors and high-precision pre-stretched ball screws for direct drive, making them suitable for high-precision and powerful cutting of workpieces. The rapid feed speed can reach approximately 30 meters, ensuring fast processing. The 3+2 configuration of specialized thrust angular contact ball bearings for the screws guarantees cutting rigidity.

Equipped with a Taiwan-brand barrel-type spindle unit, featuring high assembly precision and strong load-bearing capacity. v
The spindle adopts a high-torque AC servo spindle motor, enabling powerful cutting, rapid start-stop, improved machining accuracy and surface finish, and reduced processing time.
The tailstock uses a large-diameter sleeve mandrel, which is hardened through quenching and precision-ground for high accuracy, excellent surface finish, and wear resistance.
The tailstock body is made of high-quality HT300 gray cast iron, known for its dense material and long-lasting durability. v
High-precision imported guide rails and ball screws are employed, along with specialized thrust ball bearings for imported screws, ensuring high accuracy and extended lifespan.
The turret adopts a wide-body design with large locking gear discs, offering superior rigidity and significantly longer tool life compared to standard turrets of the same specification.
Key components undergo full inspection, and finished products are calibrated using laser interferometers to ensure outstanding geometric and working accuracy.
This machine is suitable for high-efficiency machining of various shaft and disc parts, capable of turning threads, arcs, cones, and inner/outer surfaces of rotary bodies. It meets the speed requirements for high-speed cutting of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, making it ideal for high-precision processing of small to medium-sized parts in industries such as plumbing fixtures, valves, electrical appliances, instruments, automotive, motorcycles, and bearings. It delivers consistent machining quality with accuracy up to IT6~7 grades.
