Characteristics:
HTC520YM adopts an advanced 30° inclined structure,monoblock casting with HT300,Z axis uses 6nos. 35mm roller blocks,so it has strong bearing capacity and good seismic resistance.The Y-axis slide and turret body are based on integrated design, reducing one joint surface. Avoiding the problem of poor rigidity and tool shocked caused by ordinary turret mounted on Y-axis slide.The tailstock is made of high-quality steel for the sleeve core shaft. After quenching and hardening, the sleeve core shaft is precision ground and processed, with high precision and good surface abrasion resistance.
