Small cnc lathe machine GTXseries feature a gang tooling or turret tooling structure with an inclined bed structure design. These features effectively save tool changing time. Ideal for high-volume production of small parts.
It can turn various internal and external surfaces of threads, arcs, cones, and rotating bodies, meeting the speed requirements for high-speed cutting of black and non-ferrous metal materials. Suitable for high-precision machining of small and medium-sized parts in industries such as plumbing equipment, valves, electrical appliances, instruments, automobiles, motorcycles, bearings, etc. Good processing consistency, with processing accuracy up to IT6-7 levels.
This model can be combined with gantry robots to effectively improve production capacity and reduce labor costs.
